Ghanaian-British producer and DJ Juls teams up with Jamaican artist Projexx and Nigerian singer Winny on “Weekend,” a cross-cultural collaboration that brings together Afrobeat, dancehall, and soulful influences. Juls handles the production, while Projexx and Winny contribute their distinctive vocal styles, creating a smooth record that connects different sides of the African and Caribbean music scenes. The song is released through TABOM RECORDS/GRIM RECORDS.

“Weekend” highlights the creative chemistry between Juls and Projexx while giving Winny an opportunity to add her melodic touch to the collaboration. Winny has previously worked with Projexx on “Suh Good,” making their appearance together on this record another connection between their musical styles. The track makes a natural addition to Afrobeats, dancehall, and laid-back weekend playlists, with its international lineup giving it a distinct appeal.

If you enjoy good music, this is one song you shouldn’t miss. Give it a listen and add it to your playlist because it’s a track you’ll be glad to have in your playlist.
