Ghanaian producer and DJ Juls teams up with Jamaican artist Projexx and UK-based rapper Pa Salieu on “Cutlass,” a cross-cultural collaboration that brings together African and Caribbean influences with a contemporary UK edge. Juls provides the production foundation, while Projexx and Pa Salieu bring their distinct vocal approaches to the record, creating an interesting blend of sounds and styles.

“Cutlass” highlights the creative chemistry between the artists, with Projexx’s Caribbean influence meeting Pa Salieu’s distinctive rap delivery over Juls’ production. The collaboration gives the song an international character while maintaining a rhythmic foundation suited to listeners who enjoy Afrobeats, dancehall, and alternative African sounds. With each artist contributing a different musical identity, “Cutlass” stands out as another example of Juls’ ability to connect artists across different scenes.

If you enjoy good music, this is one song you shouldn’t miss. Give it a listen and add it to your playlist because it’s a track you’ll be glad to have in your playlist.
