“Baba Siyahluleka” is a brand new South African Amapiano track released on October 1, 2026, by producer and seasoned songwriter, DJ Stanky Deejay. The song features collaborative contributions from Mdakzin, Bandile To You and Candy.

The track rides on an Afro-dancehall production that gives Stanky Deejay space for his melodic delivery while allowing Bandile To You to switch things up with a smooth, fast-paced performance. Mdakzin also adds his vocal presence to the record, completing the four-way collaboration.

Bandile To You’s contribution has already become a major talking point around the release. Fans and fellow South African artists have taken to social media to praise his verse, with discussions around the song gaining traction on Facebook and TikTok shortly after its release.

The song acts as a prayer of humility and vulnerability. It addresses a higher power, admitting human limitations and asking for spiritual guidance, strength, and intervention through life’s hardships. The title “Baba Siyahluleka” translates from Zulu/Xhosa to “Father, we are failing” or “Father, we cannot do this on our own.”
