South Africa’s underground Amapiano scene gets another standout moment with Soul Keys and Buxie on “Buxie .” Released on September 26, 2026, the seven-minute-plus track brings together atmospheric production, deep log drums, and a dance-focused sound that reflects Soul Key’s production style.

Taken from Soul Keys’ thirteen-track Album, “Buxie ” develops through an extended instrumental arrangement rather than rushing toward a quick finish. The production combines spacious chords with heavy percussion and rolling log drums, creating a hypnotic groove that keeps the record moving.

Buxie adds to the collaboration with a performance that fits naturally into the track’s underground direction. The two artists have also worked together on other records  further highlighting their established creative connection.

At 9 minutes and 13 seconds, “Buxie ” gives the production enough room to breathe while maintaining the dance-driven energy associated with Amapiano. It remains one of the notable tracks from the album and another example of Soul Keys’ contribution to the South African Amapiano space.
