“Midnight In Tembisa” is a soulful Amapiano track collaborated on by South African producers Miya and El.Stephano. Released officially on streaming platforms on October 2, 2026, the single has a runtime of approximately 8 minutes and 4 seconds.

“Midnight In Tembisa” is a slow-burning, 8-minute and 4-second instrumental-focused track. It belongs to the Soulful Amapiano and Deep House subgenres, utilizing the late-night club aesthetics characteristic of the Gauteng house scene.

Musically, “Midnight In Tembisa” takes a smooth, melodic approach, pairing acoustic guitar touches with mid-tempo Deep House production. The arrangement gives both artists space to deliver their vocals while keeping the song focused on its romantic theme.

True to the “Midnight” moniker, the track heavily relies on a melodious, stripped-back beat paired with log-drums, airy instrumentation, and jazzy chords. It focuses on building an atmospheric groove rather than fast-paced party sequences. The title references Tembisa, a massive township in the East Rand of Gauteng, South Africa. Tembisa has a historic footprint in the evolution and House music, making the track a tribute to township nightlife.
