American rapper Ken Carson teams up with fellow Opium artist Destroy Lonely on “Nirvana,” a high-energy collaboration associated with Carson’s cartunez era.

The track has attracted attention for bringing the two frequent collaborators together once again, combining Carson’s aggressive rage-rap approach with Destroy Lonely’s darker and atmospheric delivery. Available release information credits Ken Carson, Destroy Lonely, and Playboi Carti among the song’s writers.

“Nirvana” leans into the distorted, intense sound that has become closely connected with the newer wave of underground hip-hop. Ken Carson and Destroy Lonely trade energetic performances over heavy production, creating a chaotic and rebellious atmosphere throughout the record. The collaboration highlights the chemistry between two artists who have repeatedly worked together while representing the distinctive sound associated with Opium.
